Polymerization‐based signal amplification, a technique developed for use in rapid diagnostic tests, hinges on the ability to localize initiators as a function of interfacial binding events. We report here a new DNA detection method in which polymer growth in redox‐polymerization is used as a means to amplify detection signals. The introduction of biotin‐labeled chitosan (biotin‐CS) with highly dense amino groups into the polymerization amplification as macromolecular reducing agent, beneficially simplifies amplification operation, as well as, provides a large amount of initiation points to improve the sensitivity of detection. DNA hybridization, SA and biotin binding reactions led to the attachment of CS on a solid surface where specific DNA sequences were located. With the addition of the mixture containing monomer AM, crosslinker PEGDA and oxidant CAN onto the CS location, the growth of polymer films was triggered to render the corresponding spots readily distinguishable to the naked eye. Direct visualization of 0.21 fmol target DNA molecules of interest was demonstrated. Non‐small cell lung cancer p53 sequence was further selected as a proof‐of‐principle to detect DNA point mutation. The proposed method exhibited an efficient amplification performance for molecule detection, and paved a new way for visual diagnosis of biomolecules. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Ferrocenylethynyl‐terminated derivatives 8 – 12 have been synthesized and characterized by electrochemistry and UV/Vis spectroscopy. The electrochemical and photophysical studies indicate that the electronic communication in ferrocenylethynyl‐substituted derivatives is strongly influenced by the substituted position of the ferrocenylethynyl moiety. In situ electrochemical oxidation or chemical oxidation caused a characteristically weak ligand‐to‐metal charge‐transfer (LMCT) band to appear at 700–1000 nm. Subsequent electrochemical reduction or chemical reduction recovered the most of the original curve and the color of the solution as well. Among the derivatives, compound 8 exhibits the highest cis/trans molar ratio (64:36) in the photostationary state (PSS) upon light irradiation at 365 nm. Compound 8 exhibits excellent fatigue resistance and reversibility under several repeated reversible isomerization cycles.  相似文献

The CdII three‐dimensional coordination poly[[[μ4‐1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)but‐2‐ene]bis(μ3‐5‐carboxybenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato)dicadmium(II)] dihydrate], {[Cd2(C9H4O6)2(C8H10N6)]·2H2O}n , (I), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cd(NO3)2·4H2O, benzene‐1,3,5‐tricarboxylic acid (1,3,5‐H3BTC) and 1,4‐bis(1,2,4‐triazol‐1‐yl)but‐2‐ene (1,4‐btbe). The IR spectrum suggests the presence of protonated carboxylic acid, deprotonated carboxylate and triazolyl groups. The purity of the bulk sample was confirmed by elemental analysis and X‐ray powder diffraction. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the CdII ions adopt a five‐coordinated distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry, coordinated by three O atoms from three different 1,3,5‐HBTC2− ligands and two N atoms from two different 1,4‐btbe ligands; the latter are situated on centres of inversion. The CdII centres are bridged by 1,3,5‐HBTC2− and 1,4‐btbe ligands into an overall three‐dimensional framework. When the CdII centres and the tetradentate 1,4‐btbe ligands are regarded as nodes, the three‐dimensional topology can be simplified as a binodal 4,6‐connected network. Thermogravimetric analysis confirms the presence of lattice water in (I). Photoluminescence studies imply that the emission of (I) may be ascribed to intraligand fluorescence.  相似文献

根据目前市场上常见锡铅焊料中主元素的特性(锡含量范围0.X%~95%,铅含量范围X%~99%),合理选择了有效的样品前处理方法。参考铸造锡铅焊料牌号及化学成分和仪器工作条件,确定了待测元素的测定范围。应用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定锡铅焊料中锑、铋、铁、砷、铜、银、锌、铝、镉、磷、金11种元素的含量,方法操作简单。选择了合适的分析谱线,进行了基体元素对待测元素以及各待测元素之间的干扰研究,基体效应小,各待测元素之间基本无干扰,11次独立的测定数据相对标准偏差为1.0%~11.3%,方法的加标回收率为90.2%~105%。完全能满足现实生产中对锡铅焊料杂质元素的测定要求。  相似文献

Although sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) are considered as alternatives to lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), the electrochemical performances, in particular the energy density, are much lower than LIBs. A metal–organic compound, cuprous 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (CuTCNQ), is presented as a new kind of cathode material for SIBs. It consists of both cationic (CuII↔CuI) and anionic (TCNQ0↔TCNQ↔ TCNQ2−) reversible redox reactions, delivering a discharge capacity as high as 255 mAh g−1 at a current density of 20 mA g−1. The synergistic effect of both redox-active metal cations and organic anions brings an electrochemical transfer of multiple electrons. The transformation of cupric ions to cuprous ions occurs at near 3.80 V vs. Na+/Na, while the full reduction of TCNQ0 to TCNQ happens at 3.00–3.30 V. The remarkably high voltage is attributed to the strong inductive effect of the four cyano groups.  相似文献

The thermal reduction of N2O by CO mediated by the metal‐free cluster cations [Si2Ox].+ (x =2–5) has been examined in the gas phase using Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT‐ICR) mass spectrometry in conjunction with quantum chemical calculations. Three successive oxidation/reduction steps occur starting from [Si2O2].+ and N2O to form eventually [Si2O5].+; the latter as well as the intermediate oxide cluster ions react sequentially with CO molecules to regenerate [Si2O2].+. Thus, full catalytic cycles occur at ambient conditions in the gas phase. Mechanistic aspects of these sequential redox processes have been addressed to reveal the electronic origins of these unparalleled reactions.  相似文献
